Where:
The Woodlands is in Spring, TX. Close to I-45 and the new Grand Parkway, and Hardy Toll Road, you have access to any part of Houston with ease. The Woodlands is just north of Houston about 30 miles.

Why:
It is the closest you will ever get to "living in a bubble". I rave all the time about The Woodlands, but it truly has something to offer to everyone. The way it was master planned with live, work, play, and education in mind, is truly one-of-a-kind.

District Rating: 
A. The schools are the primary reason people live in The Woodlands, plus the low crime and walkability.

Nearby:
