WHY PEOPLE LOVE MISSOURI CITY, TEXAS

Where:
Missouri City, Texas is located about 15 miles from central Houston. It is located mostly in Fort Bend county, but a small bit of it is in Harris County. Sugar Land is directly to the left (west) of Missouri City. It can be accessed via HWY 90, HWY 6, and I-69 (Southwest Freeway).

Why:
Missouri City is developing so much and gets you pretty close to the perks of Sugar Land without having to be in the high tax rates of Sugar Land. The option of Master-Planned communities and new construction is widely available in Missouri City.

District Rating: 
A. Majority of Missouri City is zoned to Fort Bend ISD. While this is an A rated district, there a numerous C rated schools to take into account when looking for homes in Missouri City. 

Nearby:
Being located right next to Sugar Land, you have parks, shops, stores and dining options galore. There is also local places like Altitude Trampoline Park and iFLY that make for fun indoor activities.
