It is along I-69 and is northeast of Humble. Grand Parkway Toll Rd (99) connects Kingwood to The Woodlands and Spring, while I-69 will take you into central Houston.
Kingwood is home to large lots, mature neighborhoods and plenty of nature. With trees and the lake bordering parts of Kingwood, there are townhomes (Brownstones), resale options, and even new construction in the newer portion of Kingwood that expands into Porter and the northern parts of Kingwood.
A. Kingwood is zoned to Humble ISD and features mainly A schools, some B schools, and only 3 C schools.
Kingwood is a tad tucked away in the trees but it is local to plenty of grocery stores, food options, shops and stores. Deerbrook Mall is in close proximity, as well as Lake Houston, golf courses, and HCA Healthcare Kingwood.
