Jordan Ranch, like many other communities on this list, has a large ray of amenities, including: a full time director of fun, which equals a calendar of community events, an event lawn, walking and biking trails, playgrounds, a resort-style swimming pool, a community fitness center, tennis courts, a lazy river, sport fields, and a community farm called, "Sunset Farm"

District Rating: 
A. Lamar CISD is the school district that Jordan Ranch is zoned to, and even better there's an on-site elementary for Jordan Ranch residents.  

Nearby:
Jordan Ranch has access to all the dining, shopping, and entertainment options that Katy has to offer with the location just west of Katy, nothing is too far. Lowes, Walmart, Home Depot, H-E-B, and Buc-ee's are all within close range. There's an even an Amazon distribution center nearby (does that mean all your online ordering will come to you even faster).
