Fulshear is located on Houston's west edge, while being in northwest Fort Bend County. Fulshear is south of Brookshire and southwest of Katy. I-10 runs north of Fulshear, and FM 1093/Westpark Tollway runs parallel south of I-10.
Why:
Fulshear is sought after because you have a rural feel all while being able to enjoy the suburban community feel. It's a pretty moderate area and schools are highly rated which draws people in that want great schools while also having land and yardage. There's also plenty of new construction going on in the area so that also makes it desirable for people seeking newer homes.

Being fairly close to Grand Parkway Toll Rd (99) makes other directions of Houston accessible. Katy is also just a commute away.
