I know this video might seem a little cliche, but the more exposure your home can get via the online listing, and online exposure in general, the more likely it is that your home will sell faster for more money. And the way one delivers your home to the world is through marketing. So it is very important to hire a brokerage and real estate agent that knows marketing.
