Today I am sharing with you a brand new neighborhood and community in Conroe, Texas, which is just north of The Woodlands. In this video, you will see the drive to the community, which is just past Teaswood, off of League Line Road, you will see the drive into the neighborhood, and then you will see three under construction homes that are available in the next 30-90 days. After those walk thrus, you will see the two on-site model homes, which start in the $300s, and $400s.

All of the homes in Montgomery Oaks come complete with a sprinkler system in the front and back yard, full-sized patios complete with a gas stub, energy efficiency that cut your electricty bills in half (or more), 3 trees, tankless hot water heater, upgraded counter tops and backsplace (compared to other homes in this price point), coach lights, gutters, blinds, and more! One of the homes I toured, that is for sale, even comes with appliances, which is very unusual.

All of the schools are a part of Willis ISD and zone to B-rated schools.

This community is truly a gem, and upon completition will have sidewalks through out, a lovely community pool complete with cabanas, a fitness center (community center), 3 lakes, and more!
