Why Sugar Creek - Sugar Creek is master planned community meets luxurious country club living. Spread out over 1200 acres with beautiful lakes, Sugar Creek is home to jaw-dropping estates. This neighborhood is made up of traditional or colonial homes with a little New Orleans flair with homes built in the 1970s and 1980s totalling 1700+ homes. Once a member of the country club you will have access to a community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, andthe golf course.
