Grand Central Park is one of the newest communities of Conroe. It was built on the old Boys Scout camp ground. The vision for Grand Central Park is unlike any other community because Grand Central Park is not like any other community. Amenities centered on nature are accessible now, and much of residents’ lifestyle involves the authentic hiking trails, expansive natural lakes and wooded serenity of this 2,046-acre development. The first part of the master plan’s retail component also is in place, offering residents easy access to everyday conveniences. But there’s more planned for Grand Central Park. Our location along Interstate 45 (which means there is no commute for you to start your commute to work) is the foundation for vibrant mixed-use development that can include office space, retail centers, campus facilities, corporate headquarters and more.

The master plan for Harper’s Preserve includes outstanding amenities for families to enjoy. The West Village Recreation Center is now open and includes a community pool and pool barn with outdoor kitchen, playground, walking trails, bowling, bocce ball greens and horseshoe pits. Lookout Hill, located in the central recreation area, features boulders for children to climb on and explore the environment.

East Village amenities include a scenic lake with fly fishing opportunities at the zero entry pebble beach, wildlife garden, playground, picnic area, community trail system, natural play areas, benches, a pedestrian bridge over the lake and additional park areas. While some projects are complete, development of East Village amenities are still underway.
