Hi friends, today I'm bring you all the information you need to know about the wonderful community of Cross Creek Ranch, located in Fulshear, TX, on the outskirts of Katy, TX. With access off of FM 1093 & FM 1463, just west of Grandparkway 99 and south of I-10, you can get just about anywhere you need with ease. Cross Creek Ranch is unique in the fact that it is zoned to both Katy ISD and Lamar ISD. Both of the district are "A" rated and provide for excellent education opportunities.  The schools below list which district just to make it a bit easier.

Amenities

Cross Creek Ranch is home to single family homes that enjoy the community fitness center ( which features a group exercise classes ), the numerous pool and parks, "Adventure Island Water Park," and hundreds of acres of lakes. The lakes are catch and release and stocked, allowing for kayaks and paddle boats, and even just fishing off the ledges. There is a 50 acres natural habitat that overlooks wetland plants and is a natural habitat to plants, birds, and wildlife that also features a boardwalk to fish, walk, and sight see off of. 

There's a 55+ community in Cross Creek Ranch, which makes senior living feel much more welcoming and community based than your average neighborhood or senior living residence.  

Check out the trail system in the neighborhood, which allows kids to walk and bike to school safely.

Age of Homes

Age of homes within Cross Creek Ranch range from 2007 - 2021. Cross Creek Ranch does still have space for new construction available, which means that custom home you wanted,  can be yours.
