Comparing the Neighborhoods of Kingwood TX

Hi friend. Today I'd like to talk about Kingwood, which is a master planned community designed in villages. There's many options when choosing to move here, so let's go over them & see what they offer.

Barrington - This is a 200 acre master planned gated community with a huge clubhouse that offers a fitness center, media room, and a billiards room. Outside you'll find tennis courts, an outdoor kitchen & sun deck, a hot tub, and an infinity edge pool. There's also 2 large parks & nature reserves just a few minutes away with playgrounds, trails, and lake access.

Deer Ridge Estates - Deer Ridge Estates is a gated community with expansive homes on large lots of land. There's a lot of privacy in this area and currently only 29 homes here. The homes are usually in the millions price point.

Forest Cove - This community dates back to the 1970s and has reasonably priced homes. It's near the Kingwood Trail System which offers 75 miles of wooded trails around the greenbelt system, and also has quick access to Deerbrook Mall. The community pool is currently under construction so when it's done there'll be a beautiful brand new area to enjoy.

Kings Forest - Master planned community established in 1971 and is known as "The livable forest". The streets & lots are filled with trees offering tons of shade and gives a sense of privacy. There's a community pool & clubhouse, as well as miles of greenbelt trails.

Kings Lake Estates - A beautiful gated community with very large homes on large lots. The community is lined with trees and backs up to a lake with great views. They have many empty lots available so there's plenty of opportunity for new construction, and the homes are in the millions price point.

Kings Point - An established community with easy access to Kingwood Town Center. They have a variety of amenities like a community pool, miles of greenbelt trails, and 2 scenic ponds. It's technically located on a peninsula surrounded by the San Jacinto River which provides a plethora of outdoor activities to be enjoyed.

Kings River Estates - Gated master planned community on Lake Houston with tree lined streets & large wooded lots. There's many lake front homes, and the price range is in the millions.

Kingwood Greens Village - This is a smaller community surrounded by The Clubs of Kingwood golf course, there's also many small ponds & lakes offering amazing views, and many trails.

Royal Shores - Royal Shores is a water front community with great amenities like a recreation center with a clubhouse, competition swimming pool, trails, nearby nature preserves and greenbelts, playgrounds, and a multiple parks.
