Narrowing a home search to a single or few zip codes is one way to filter undesired areas and focus on homes that are in sought-after areas or ones that are zoned to preferred school districts. Today, I hope to explore all that the 77384 has to offer!

The Zip code 77384 is located in Conroe, a small town north of Houston, Texas. It's located off Interstate 45 and only a few minutes from The Woodlands. If you're driving from Houston's downtown area, it will take about 48 minutes to get there.

Carriage Hills in Conroe TX

Fosters Ridge in Conroe TX

This is a community in Conroe, with homes built by D.R. Horton & Emerald Homes. The amenities here include a clubhouse, pool, recreation area with seating, open spaces for running around & a children’s playground, a community lakes, and winding trails. Residents can also enjoy all of the scenic views, ponds, and trails within WG Jones State Forest, which is just minutes away.

Jacobs Reserve in Conroe TX

This is a newer master planned community just North of The Woodlands, surrounded by the W.G. Jones State Forest, which provides a comforting sense of wooded seclusion and a peaceful atmosphere. In the neighborhood you’ll find Welch Park, which has a beautiful community fishing lake, picnic areas, trails, a playground, a resort style swimming pool, tennis courts, and tons of surrounding nature.

Oak Estates at Jacobs Reserve in Conroe TX

This is a beautiful, gated section of homes within the newer master planned community of Jacobs Reserve. It’s just North of The Woodlands and is surrounded by the W.G. Jones State Forest, which provides a comforting sense of wooded seclusion and a peaceful atmosphere. The new homes in this section are built by D.R. Horton Emerald, and feature a sleek & modern, yet traditional style. The great location paired with the private & nature filled environment is really what makes this such a sought after neighborhood.
