1. Named after the Magnolia trees that grew in the area.
2. Roots in railroad and lumber. The abundance of timber in the area brought settlers.
3. Popular for buyers seeking a larger lot. Subdivisions: High Meadow Ranch, Indigo Lake Estates, Lake Windcrest, Sendera Ranch, Windcrest Estates.
4. Hosts the annual Texas Renaissance Festival.
5.Head to the local farmers market open the first, third, and fifth Sundays of the month from 11-3pm.
6. Approximately 45 miles northwest of Houston and 25 miles southwest of Conroe.
7. Less than an hour drive to Texas A&M University and George Bush Presidential Library.
8. Offers a ton of events year round for the whole family. Mardi Gras on the stroll, Dancing umbrella parade, Cajun cook-off, Depot day, bar-b-q Cook Off, Corks and Canvas, hometown Christmas parade, etc.
